My passion and specialty is High School Senior Portraits. I love working with teens as they discover who they are, begin planning their futures, and prepare for the next adventure.
While your school probably arranges yearbook photos for every Senior, many Seniors don’t realize that (at most schools) you not only don’t have to go to that sitting, you also don’t have to use those photos in the yearbook. Some may wonder why they should have their photos done elsewhere when a “yearbook photo” is all set up for them already, but I promise you will be so happy that you did! The truth is, Senior portraits are SO Much more than a yearbook photo, and they are important to have!

YOU WILL HAVE LOTS OF OPTIONS
Even with my shorter sessions, you will be amazed at how many images you’ll find in your proof gallery. You’ll find different poses, facial expressions, angles, backgrounds, and you’ll have plenty of options from which to choose the images in your package. With a longer session, you even can change your outfit. It’s perfect if you can’t decide between a casual and a dressier look, or just want a couple of different styles in your photos.
I’LL MAKE SURE YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO!
I honestly don’t like the term “posing” because I think a lot of Seniors worry that they’ll feel stiff and cheesy. My style is to gently direct you so that you don’t feel “posed” at all. If something feels or looks weird, we move on. I promise you will feel like a pro by the time the our session is finished.
YOU WILL HAVE FUN
I can not tell you how many times someone has been nervous when they arrived, and then told me at the end of the session that they really had fun! I love to chat with my clients, and often it will feel like we are just hanging out. Before you know it, we’ll have covered a lot of ground at our location, trying different backgrounds and light, and you will go home relieved and feeling like you had a great time.
